Climate Change

"Since the late 19th century, scientists have found that... the planet is steadily growing warmer. The scientific evidence shows that human activity from burning fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions is primarily responsible for the accelerated rates of global climate change the Earth is experiencing today. In addition to warming temperatures, the consequences of climate change include but are not limited to rising sea levels, extreme weather, and a loss of biodiversity. In response to the climate crisis, the global community is calling for action to prevent or slow climatic changes."
